Butternut Squash

Preheat oven at 350º

Wash:
1 butternut squash
& place in a large glass pan
or cookie sheet.
(Can line the pan with foil
for easy clean up)
Bake the whole butternut squash
at 350º for 2 hrs.

After baking 2 hrs., cut in half & open.

Remove seeds & pulp by scooping them out with a large spoon.

Use in the RecipeRICH recipes below or top with:
1/4 t salt, sprinkled on
1/2 t virgin coconut oil, spread on
& serve.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
