Coconut Milk
Put:
1/3 c unsweetened shredded
coconut or flakes
1 - 2 T pure maple syrup or honey
or 1/3 c pitted dates
1/8 t salt
2 c water
in a blender & blend for 1 - 2 min.
(can strain if desired)
Pour in a jar.
Add to the jar:
1 c water more
Serve or chill by refrigerating for 1 hr. or overnight.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
