Cream of Celery

Put:
1 c finely chopped celery
2 c water
in a med. pot & bring to boil.
Reduce heat & lightly boil for 15 min, until celery is soft.
Stir occasionally.
Set aside.

Make: Ranch Dressing

(with cashews)

Then add the Ranch Dressing to the pot of cooked celery & stir.

Cook for 5 more min. until thick.
Stir frequently.

Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze.
