Garlic Bread Spread

(Choose one of these corn options)
Put:
1/2 c corn flour
1/4 t salt
1 c water
in a med. pan & whisk on med.
for 5 min. until thick.
OR
Put:
2 small corn tortillas

in the blender below.
(You won't have the cooked corn flour pan to put it in, you will just pour it in a pan)

Then put in a blender:
1/2 c cashews or slivered almonds
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
1/2 t dill
2 t salt
2 T lemon
1 c water
& blend for 1 - 2 min.

Pour in the corn flour pan.
(or a pan)
& whisk for 7 min.

Spread the garlic sauce on:
8 -14 bread slices
(depending on how thick you want it)
& put on a cookie sheet or in glass pans.

Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 min.

OR

Put another piece of bread on top making a sandwich.

Spread:
1/2 t virgin coconut oil

on the outsides of the sandwich.

Cook in a skillet on med. - high heat.
Flip after 1 min. 3 - 4 times until each side is light golden brown.

Can cut in 1/2 or 1/4 pieces & serve.
