Lime Fruit Bowl

(Can be made the evening before)
(To keep mangos from becoming stringy or grainy, let them ripen, get soft, at room temperature before putting them in the refrigerator)

Put:
2 c diced pineapples, mangos or apples
2 c diced strawberries, blueberries,

grapes or raspberries
2 c diced fresh very ripe bananas
or 1/3 c diced dates
4 T lime juice
1/8 t salt
in a bowl & toss.

For a variation,
you can also add:
1/3 - 1/2 c pecans or walnuts (taste for freshness)
to the bowl & toss.

Serve

or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
