2 c water
2 T peanut butter with salt,
if not, add 1/8 t salt
1 - 2 T honey

or 1/3 c pitted dates
in a blender & blend for 15 sec.

or 1 - 2 min. if using pitted dates.
Pour in a jar.

Add to the jar:

1 c water more

Serve or chill by refrigerating for 1 hr. or overnight.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
