Put:
4 c (2 14.5 - 15 oz. cans) diced tomatoes
or diced fresh tomatoes or combination
1/2 c finely diced onion

or 1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t cumin

1/8 t Italian seasoning
1 t salt
2 T lime juice

in a bowl & whisk.


Can also add:
1 T sliced cilantro (if you like it)

Serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
