Taco Dressing
Put:
3/4 c cashews
or 1/2 c slivered almonds
or 1/3 c whole raw almonds
2 c diced tomatoes
(put closest to the blades)
1 1/2 t onion powder
1 t oregano
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
2 t honey
in a blender
& blend for 1 - 2 min.
(may need to pulse at 1st)
Then add:
1 t basil
& stir.
Pour in a bowl or jar.

Chill & serve
or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezes well, just stir after thawing.
