Tahini Zucchini / Yellow Squash / Asparagus


Put: 
2 c sliced lengthwise zucchini
     and/or yellow squash
     or asparagus spears
1 1/2 t basil 
1 t salt 
1 c water 
in a large pan. 
Cook covered on med. for 7 min.
Stir occasionally.
Cook uncovered on med. for 7 min. more, stirring frequently.
Serve plain or make:
                  Tahini Sauce

Spoon: 
about 1 - 2 T Tahini Sauce 
over zucchini, yellow squash or asparagus spears for each serving.
