Cheese Potatoes
Preheat oven at 350º
Put:
5 c sliced red skin (are best)
or yellow potatoes
in the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan.
Make: Cashew/Almond
Cheese Sauce
(with cashews)

Add:
1 t salt
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c water
to the Cheese Sauce, stir or blend for 5 sec. & then pour over the potatoes.
With a spatula, press the potatoes down into the Cheese Sauce if you need to.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/4 hrs. until the potatoes are soft.
Serve
or cool down & refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
