(Can be made a day or 2 before.)

1 1/2 c grapes
3 T arrowroot

1/2 c frozen 100% grape juice concentrate
1/2 c frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
1/2 c water
in a blender & blend for 20 sec.
Put in a pot.

Heat on med. high until thick, about 8 min.
Let cool 10 min. & pour in bowls or jars.

Will be like a syrup the first 24 hrs.

Will turn to a jelly after 24 hrs.


or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days
or freeze.
